Alyssa Apodaca

Alyssa started her journey as a student at floo-id YOGA. She wanted to be an instructor, so when the opportunity presented itself, she took it and attended Gabi Walters, Inferno Hot Pilates Teacher Training in January 2022.

She strives to be the best instructor she can by improving and refining her skills every time she teaches. She brings a ton of energy and an upbeat playlist and will encourage you to push to your limitations. She believes the best in everyone.

Alyssa is happy and upbeat and that comes through in her Hot Pilates classes. She gives instructions while being motivating and encouraging and she will meet you where you're at.
