We offer Yin Yoga and Yin with Sound Healing. Both classes are offered throughout the week. This is a restorative practice that holds poses for longer periods of time, offering deep mind & body stretches. During our Yin with Sound Healing you will experience a blend of qigong breathing, fascia and lymphatic release, reflexology, and finish with sound healing.

Our Premier Yoga Studio in Scottsdale is proud to offer Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a restorative practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body. Each pose is held for upwards of 3 minutes, offering a truly satisfying stretch to your entire body. This class is 1 hour long and has tranquil music for a peaceful and calming environment. Yin Yoga Teacher Training
floo-id YOGA is offering Yin Yoga Teacher Training for Phoenix & Scottsdale.
This 50-hour Yoga Alliance Continued Education Program (YACEP) encompasses both the theory and the practice of yin yoga. Whether you want to learn to become a yin teacher or simply learn more about yin yoga, floo-id YOGA offers one of the most comprehensive student-intensive/teacher-training programs.
Yoga practice in the West is mostly yang with muscular exertion. Yin yoga is designed to release tension and the flow of energy throughout the body by addressing joints and connective tissues with muscles relaxed. Yin practice cultivates patience, receptivity, and calm, the necessary qualities for lifelong contentment.
This interactive course is a practical, transformational journey through:
yin yoga styles, and the art of practicing and/or teaching yin yoga
Fostering the uniqueness of the individual, this program is an in-depth study to enliven your inner journey and learn how to practice and/or teach from your own experience. All concepts are repeated for easy memorization and elaborated in lectures and demonstrations that feature floo-id YOGA’s senior staff.
