- Please arrive to the studio 10-15 minutes before your first class to meet your instructor, ask any questions, prepare for class, and relax on your mat.
Please bring a bottle of water, a large bath towel and a yoga mat. floo-id YOGA has these available for rent or purchase for your convenience.
Make sure to not eat 2 hours before class and drink plenty of water both before and after class.
Wear fitted exercise clothing that you can sweat in.
No perfumes/colognes, or anything that might be disruptive.
Always enter and leave the yoga room quietly.
Please be respectful of other yoga students.
We offer a variety of classes, practice any time that suits your schedule.
Make your mind up to practice a minimum of 3 times/week. The more you practice, the better you will feel.
Take your second class within 24 hours of your first one to help alleviate any soreness that you may experience.
Let go of expectations and enjoy the journey of your practice.
Newbie Intro Special
$30 for 30 days of unlimited yoga, only available to students who are brand new to floo-id YOGA. This is a great way to get started on your yoga journey. Please take advantage and attend all of the different class types and instructors. This will give you an opportunity to see all the benefits a regular practice has to offer you. See you on your mat!
