Classes at floo-id YOGA

A consistent, long-term practice of yoga asanas establishes a routine to maintain weight and flexibility, while helping control stress and giving practitioners both physical and mental strength. Various classes are offered at floo-id YOGA, including: Hot Yoga, Hot Flow, Yin Yoga, Core Flow, Sculpt (30 min), & Kids Yoga.

All classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.
